What is the VR STUDIO Editor?
mobfish VR STUDIO is your editing and publishing software for Virtual Reality.
It is the advanced 360° and VR authoring tool to create interactive virtual experiences. Create, test, present and publish your VR and 360° content easy and fast.
mobfish VR STUDIO hast two main components: The webditor and the VR STUDIO App. If you are Pro or Agency User you can get your own Branded VR Apps
What is a 360° video?
360° videos (or vr videos) are videos in which you can freely look around, because it’s produced by special cameras. These cameras record the whole scene at once. By using a smartphone or vr glasses the motion sensor supports the feeling that you’re in another world. It’s a totally new impression.
What are Hotspots?
Imagine you are looking at a 360° documentation and it’s possible to get different infos in the video. The VR STUDIO offers this function as “Hotspots”. Therefore, “Marker” can be placed in the video and additional information can be displayed. The whole is even possible with live data. Via Hotspots you can tell stories and navigate the users from Hotspot to Hotspot. The user experiences different scenes or worlds in a particular sequence you choose, or the user can choose the course of the story, by choosing a selection of hotspots.
What are User Roles?
Within VR STUDIO you are able to share your project among other users. This feature can be found in the App-Settings Tab under “Users”.
We differentiate three user levels:
- Users: Can edit the app content, upload new media and make dynamic changes to the app
- Administrators: Can edit user permissions, order apps and create costs within a project.
- Network-Administators: Network-Administrators is a global role that applys to mobfish support members only. Network-Administrators can access every project within the VR STUDIO-Cloud.
After the last update some buttons/menus or windows are not displayed correctly. What can I do?
Depending on your browser’s cache settings, the browser may load outdated files. This caching serves to speed up the page. In this case, however, the cache prevents our update from being displayed correctly. You can easily fix this by deleting the browser cache. After that everything should work normally. If you have several projects, please delete the cache for all your “URL’s”.
Delete browser cache for individual web pages:
Chrome:
- Click on the three points in the upper right corner and select “More Tools” then “Developer Tools”.
- Now another bar opens in the browser.
- Click on the “Refresh” button of the browser to reload the page.
- Keep the left mouse button pressed until a context menu appears.
- Here you select the option “Clear cache and update completely”.
- Then you can close the developer tools again.
Firefox:
- Click on the three bars in the upper right corner and select “Settings”.
- Then select “Privacy and security”.
- Search here for “Cookies and website data”.
- On the right you will find three buttons. One of them is “Manage data…”.
- Search here for the website “beispielprojekt.player360.de”.
- Click on “Remove selected” to delete the cache.
I have added a device code to the list but it doesn’t show up, what can I do?
