What can I achieve with the VR Studio users?

Within the mobfish VR STUDIO you are able to share your project among other users.

How can I add a user?

Users can be added to a project by first opening the settings. Within this, a tab “User” can be found. There you can see an overview of all users. Below is a section “Add user”, there new users could be added. For this, an e-mail and a role are required. If both of this information are set, the user can be added via the button “+ USER”. This can be seen in the image below.

Note: The role can still be changed after the user has been added. All that is required is to navigate back to these settings. In the upper part all users can be seen. Under the column “Role” the role can be changed.

After the user has been added, an invitation will be sent to the specified email address.

Roles

Name Description
Users Can edit the app content, upload new media and make dynamic changes to the app
Administrators Can edit user permissions, order apps and create costs within a project.
Network-Administators Network-Administrators is a global role that applys to mobfish support members only. Network- Administrators can access every project within the mobfish VR STUDIO Cloud.
